diet help me?
A:
If you are healthy, you will remain the same and not
age as fast. It can bring you in control and balanced
of healthy life. You will have more energy. You will
understand more the connection of the soil, air and
heavens energy.
If
you are sick, you need to see or talk to a counselor
who practices what he or she preaches and has proof
that people were healed.
Since I was in this position, first thing I
did is changing my eating habits. Second, I looked
into my way of living-spiritual walk. Third I increased
my activities and exercised, because I had so much
more natural energy. Best if you talk to your
health
guider or counselor.

for a macro meal?
A:
Various grains; most vegetables; all the beans; special

Q: Why is sugar so
bad?
A:
Refined sugar (sucrose) did not form part of the human
diet. Therefore it is not natural. When sugar cane
or sugar beet is refined, all the vitamins including
vitamin C are lost, discarded. It is an expensive
energy and hard to balance. The sugar of commerce
is nothing else but concentrated crystallized acid.
The human body cannot handle man-refined sugar…sucrose.
Dr. Martin classified refined sugar as a poison because

and minerals.
